The moment you see the Cali Fixed Leg Swivel Bar Chair, you can tell that this bar stool is the perfect place to sit. Its amply padded curved seat and contoured backrest look inviting, and their ergonomic design makes the piece feel as comfortable as it looks.

Both the seat and back are upholstered in black vegan leather for a luxurious look without all the worries about maintaining natural leather. Button tufted accents add style, and the walnut finish on the timber makes the black colour stand out beautifully.

While the Cali Fixed Leg Swivel Bar Chair has a fixed base, the seat does swivel for easy on and off. A chromed steel ring provides support for the four wood legs that form the base.

We have no control over your shipment once it has left the warehouse and unfortunately from time to time, shipments may be delayed or misplaced in transit. In this case, we will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via phone or e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@barthestool.com.au

Returns

Because we have multiple suppliers and each supplier has their own returns policies we "Bar The Stool" has this generic returns policy and each supplier may have an over-rider where applicable at the bottom of this page. The supplier of each product is located in the top right corner of each product page (below the header)

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@barthestool.com.au within 2 days and we will process your claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

  • Orders can be cancelled ONLY prior to dispatch. If you have ordered in a special colour or size which is not part of our standard range, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • All products have a 12 month commercial warranty for manufacturing faults & defects. This does not cover wear & tear.
  • If you receive a faulty product please email a photo & description through to returns@barthestool.com.au & if the claim is approved by Furnlink they will immediately send a replacement.
